Lost & Found

Before leaving the bus, take a moment to check your seat and gather your belongings. If something is left behind, we will work to get your item (s) back to you as quickly as possible by following the steps outlined below.

Easy Steps to Retrieving Your Personal Property
  • Call CTtransit Customer Service to confirm items has been retrieved
  • Schedule an appointment to collect your item(s) (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm)
  • Bring a valid photo ID
  • Pick-up location will be specified during phone call
  • The security guard will direct you to the pick-up location

CTtransit is not responsible for items left on the bus.  However, lost items recovered are retained for 15 days.
